Hi Lois, Not sure about the regs in WA but there's no Federally enforced regulation on menthol (tho' there is some discussion on them limiting the amount of menthol permitted in cigarettes). Just read your post & remembered it was not menthol---It was camphor. Then read Steve's post & I was sure... When the kids were young I used to buy 4 ounce bottles of camphorated oil to use when ever they got colds. How I wish I had known about CS then !!!
