Hi! Well, I take 1 cup a day total, in 3 "doses" when actively ill (like right now for a toothache...I`m hoping to avoid a 900 dollar root canal!!!!) and I take a swallow a day as a preventive. Yes, I make my own, with a plug-in thingy. (Don`t know what it is called, right off hand.) Marshalee (alive since 1996 due to CS!!)
