What sort of condition are you asking about, James? Is it under a doctor's care? What have they diagnosed? There have been enough anecdotal reports of beneficial effects on some serious pulmonary insults to suggest it's worth looking into CS' benefits for such things, but the kind of full-up clinical trials needed to certify such treatments haven't been done, to my knowledge. If it's anything serious enough to require "saving the lungs" be sure to coordinate your activities with the medical people. Let us know more details and we'll see what folks have to share?
