Hi Sam,
I definitely think that the reasons that people, including myself, are
unwell under the same physical conditions as those that are well are often
emotional. And not just because of emotional circumstances  - but also
because of how we react to them.
I think as I learn the lessons of how to take care of myself better
emotionally, I will probably get a lot better, since I am already taking
much better care of myself physically..
