HI Mike, A major hassle for me trying to move an existing mail list to a Yahoo Group has been the lack of enthusiasm from existing members to sign up to Yahoo. I have a list of about 150 and have only persuaded 2 to move over.
I initiallly sent out a few invitations to friends to see how it all works and I got growled at for spamming them !! The other major thing about the way you are doing it is the total lack of interference from advertising. I positively dislike the jumpy uppy down garbage adverts on the Yahoo screen. It is totally irrelevant and uselessly distracting. What features do people want that you are not providing? OK, Tony The happiest people don't have the best of everything, they just make the best of everything they have. --Kerry Tume On 28 Aug 2010 at 12:00, M. G.
