Hey Janine, most medical supply stores or pharmacies that carry medical supplies have nebulisers. I don't know if you are supposed to have a prescription for one - but just say that you need it for your husband's asthma and don't know the name of his doctor or what medecine he needs to put in it and they will sell it to you. Ours cost around $100 and got rid of my husbands bronchiutus in a day.
