Two things come to mind for skin cancer: 1. Neem oil 2. A product by a guy named Greg Caton. FDA told him to stop selling. He fled the country and started selling it in I think Ecuador. The FDA forcefully abducted him and brought him to court in the US just a few months ago. Technically the only crime he had committed was violating probation. I think you can still buy it though.
