Do I understand this properly, a 3% solution of MMS taken on a daily basis is
the same as taking Cell Food, which I was told was stabilized oxygen?

People were asking if making up some stabilized oxygen from regular
strength MMS, because I was using purchased stabilized oxygen in the dog's
water mix. So yes--this was for the dog's lump.
BUT--people take stabilized oxygen every day for years with no ill
effect, and claim it improves their health greatly. I believe it does.
