Craving for and high consumption of sodium can be an indicator of various imbalances. I would not be too quick to reduce sodium intake without investigating adrenal function and also getting the best most complete mineral balance analysis you can. Some people need a high sodium intake, though that goes completely against current conventional medical opinion.
