Other people, notably Wayne Fugitt, have made CS gels with Aloe Vera. However, I don't think that anyone tried to do an electrolysis process in aloe gel. The CS was made in the normal way and added to any gel after it was made. I remember that he recommended adding baking soda to it to neutralize the pH of the resultant product.
