Thank you Dan, MaryAnn and Ode, I did change my distilled water. I used to use store bought but now i am brewing my own with the same reading of ppm as my store bought one. I think it is the ph. The one i make has a ph of 4.5 to 5 only. But i will do all your suggestions and will report back to you. I will watch this while brewing so i can adjust the timer.
