Actually, highly diluted!
So much so, that there is no recognizable part of the original substance. All
that's in the treatment is the "molecular essence".
The more dilute, the higher the power. 6X is less powerful than 30X (these are
common dilution factors).
Gonna lead to heated discussions, guaranteed!
