Tami, I used the Wateroz alone, for quite a while, for my LYME, and just recently added the water of life, selenium and magnezium as well as calcium. I was already symtom free of LYME but added the others instead of tablet form for a total well being. (This is the best I've felt since contracting LYME over 3 years ago. WaterOz works , stay with it. Just be patient with the herx. Nick
