Was a website posted for information on this diet? I'd like more information. Thanks. MA

There isn't enough protein to support that, unless you have been an exercise person before you started. She uses a treadmill and I like the rebounder. We haven't eaten improperly for a long time:) Complex carbs, fats and proteins, very small amounts of starches and almost nothing sweet. My wife gained because of going through peri-menopause. Now that she is menopausal, it has worked like a charm for her. I just needed to loose some weight (a continuation from what I lost a few years ago doing Atkins). What is most interesting about this diet, is that during the "stabilization" period, the hypothalmus (sp) is reset to your new weight and this becomes the weight your body attempts to maintain. Obviously with a bit of effort, that can be overcome via poor food choices, etc. We will both be doing another round in April. She has another 13lb she want to lose and I need to loose another 20lbs or so. Then we will both be at our 30yo weights. And I agree with you about learning another way to eat:) So many need to learn that so much. And yes, many do not learn and regain all of the weight lost...and have to start over.
