>How much CS and ppm are your husband drinking for fingernails? That's a real hard question to answer. I'm making my own and never had it tested for ppm. Hope to get around to it someday soon however. As far as how much he's taking, he doesn't really measure it. Just takes a swallow 4x a day. He's also soaking his finger and toe nails in CS every day. So I'm not even sure if it's the internal or external CS that's doing the job.
