I too was interested in a nebulizer until I found out the cost. I thought I might try a small personal humidifier(cool water) as a vaporizer only puts pure water into the air. I think I'll try putting mostly cs into the actual tank of the humidifier, then placing a towel over my head and breathing the vapor for several minutes.
