Each capsule contains 385mg x 6 = 2310mg. I have used three different
brands and they are the same as I recall. It is available in powder
form, but wasn't worth the effort to me to cap it up. Very slippery stuff.
I see no reason you can't take it straight, but I didn't like the
oil-like sensation. My cats get it and don't seem to mind:)

Brooks - exactly how much CMO is this per dose/day???
Also is a powder bulk CMO is bought - can it simply be mixed with say
water and drank? Or would it have to be put in a capsule?
