I have found that agreeing with the Word that We are the Healed of the Lord is sufficient to show that you are trusting HIM and putting all in HIS control.
I have a friend that was healed this way but it was awhile before she was. She is a missionary and had been in a bad car wreck messing up her back. She went on about her business continually confessing the she was the healed of the Lord (if you want a list of healing scriptures, I'll send to you) She was riding on a rough road in Pakistan when all of a sudden the Lord spoke to her asking her how was her back??! Then, she realized that it did not hurt and was already HEALED. Praise GOD.
