Well, if there are any infections due to the obstruction, misting  
colloidal silver up the nose certainly would help resolve them.  
Sometimes you can't change a structural problem easily but you can  
correct the environment around it. That's what we did for our  
Maltese's collapsing trachea, with Chinese herbals.(expensive surgery  
didn't promise a fix)
