We are facing a terrible toe infection in a diabetic which leaves little
choice if he wants to keep his foot. I was wondering of anyone knows if he can
take silver at the same time or if it would potentially cancel out the effects
of the antibiotic. BTW he started using a vibration platform ten minutes
three times a day and it seems to be helping with the circulation to his feet.
We shall see.

An incredibly effective treatment for diabetic infections is Anodyne infra
red therapy. Don't expect your doctor to know about it (my doc, who is a
diabetes and internal medicine specialist, had never heard of it!) or to get it
at your local hospital. Rehab clinics usually have it, however. It is simple,
painless, and covered by Medicare. It stopped my tendonitis in just two or
three 30 minute treatments (I sat with an LED device not much larger than a
pack of cards on my painful wrists). Medicare covered my costs.
While doing the research, I came across an amazing video from a Texas
hospital where a diabetic man with a gaping hole in his leg all the way to the
bone was facing amputation. I don't think it is still available by a link, but
if your pc will accept a very large attachment, I will send you the graphic and
horrifying before- to- after photos which I downloaded before it disappeared
from the net. The wound was healed in a few months of Anodyne sessions!! I
also will send an article describing in detail how infra red therapy works.
Write me at [email protected] with ANODYNE INFO PLEASE in the subject line.
You can buy the original Anodyne system, which was developed by NASA for
treating astronauts. It was about $6000 when I was reading about it. My
therapist told me that Medicare will provide a unit for patients whose doctors
state they need one for ongoing care, but that was before Medicare began
imploding. He said he had several diabetes patients who had regained feeling
in their feet -- one whose neuropathy had caused loss of sensation all the way
to the knee. You can buy a much cheaper knockoff on the internet for a couple
of hundred bucks. My mother-in-law swears by the pain relief it gives her
since I sent her one for her back a couple of years ago. She is 96 and still
going strong, though she injured her coccyx helping to lift a loaded cabinet
with her friend. Walks every day and can still run circles around me for all
the things she does!
Hope you find this information useful.
