I don't recall just how much she said she uses, but I just shake in a little. It's not rocket science and I just put some in whenever he uses the spa which is several times a week usually. If the original post is in the archives maybe someone can look it up. The Now brand of geranium oil is what I use and I get it at the health food store. It only costs about ten dollars per bottle and lasts a long time. Sorry I can't be more specific. pj
