Hi,
If it has been covered and refrigerated for 12 days I, personally, would try
it. Mine doesn't usually last that long but if there is nothing 'growing' on
it I would give it a go. That said, I cannot tell you that is what you should
do.
Let us know what the outcome?
Remember to shake it if there is a gelatin ring on the bottom.

  Hi

As soon as it was made, it was put in a glass jar and into the fridge. That
was about 12 days ago. It hasn't separated or anything. Because of my hayfever,
pollen count is high here, I don't have a great sense of smell but it doesn't
seem to smell. It tastes sort of sharp like lemon juice if that's any help. I
didn't taste or smell it before hand so I don't know if it's any different.

  Cheers

How did you store it in the fridge? And how long were you in the
hospital/did you make it? Did you smell/taste it?
A bit more info would be helpful.
I hope you are feeling better.

      Hi Everyone

How long does this keep in the fridge? I made my first batch but before
i took any, I got rushd into hospital. Now I'm out I'm wondring if it's safe to
use or if I should just toss it and start fresh. Any ideas?

      Cheers
