Hi, If it has been covered and refrigerated for 12 days I, personally, would try it. Mine doesn't usually last that long but if there is nothing 'growing' on it I would give it a go. That said, I cannot tell you that is what you should do. Let us know what the outcome? Remember to shake it if there is a gelatin ring on the bottom. PT
