my memory is that when Ole Bob died, his wife did give permission to allow the book to be shared with the Silverlist. i believed Wayne had a copy saved on his website, but i have not been able to locate it there this morning. Marshall or Ode may remember where the file is located so that all can go read and save it to their computer.
