Our local boondocks store carries Nutiva. Ingredients: Organic,
unrefined, cold-pressed, extra-virgin coconut oil.
I find if I keep it on the floor, the consistency is perfect - I just
eat off the spoon.
put it on my desk and it starts getting liquefied. I keep the room
thermostat around 72.
