Christel- I don't do doctors so look for ways to solve problems without
diagnosis as a guide. I injured my knee dancing with a lot of hopping,
and limped around for 9 months, slowly getting better then re-injuring
the knee over and over, I do a lot of demanding yard work gardening 2
acres. I think it was an ACL injury. Anyway, someone recommended
large doses of MSM, like increasing to 2 Tbsp. a day, and also I went on
a vegetarian diet after the 9 months and found my knee started getting
stronger until it no longer hurt and no longer was reinjured with
stress, and after 3 years I no longer have any feelings when stubbing my
toe or tripping of a "broken" sensation in the knee, perhaps because for
6 months I have taken Microlactin and Hyaluronic Acid capsules daily,
and Silica in form of Horsetail tablets. I have also taken Colloidal
Minerals for 17 years and multi-minerals.. I have had relief from
occasional joint pain in various locations by putting a neodymium
gold-plated magnet on the area for a day or night, N face down,
People don't want to consider diet in their injuries but meat causes an
acid reaction in the body and the acid is neutralized with calcium, so
the drain on the minerals in the body from eating meat is very hard to
overcome with supplements, I had to admit it had not worked for me when
I became a vegetarian and it made such a difference in my knee healing.
