Just wipe with a folded napkin or Kleenex until you get the black stuff off.
That’s about it.
Avoid touching with your hands as this will get your skin’s oil on the
electrodes and possibly turn a batch yellow.
If you get a yellow batch, dampen a napkin with hydrogen peroxide and wipe the
electrodes with that – usually takes care of it.
Sometimes you have to rinse the jar with hydrogen peroxide and then with
distilled water to make sure it is clean.
A yellow batch is always due to impurities somewhere.

Subject: CS>Cleaning Silver Strips

I have just bought a Silvergen machine and am new to CS making.....question:
when I am finished making the CS it says to wipe off the silver strips... I
notice that it does not all come off.....I have only made the CS twice......do
I need to scrub the strips until they are a clean silver look or just wipe them
off and continue.......

Tks,
