Thanks Frank,
You're obviously unfamiliar with the challenges of chronic Lyme
disease and the proven success of this protocol for thousands of
people suffering from it. You might want to read up on it.

It brought me back from 45+ years of progressing misery and serious
disability to 90% health. And this is not an uncommon story. Also,
there's a world of difference between processed table salt which has
given salt a bad rap, and good sea salt. BTW, my bp is 120 over 72.
Be well,
Léna

Lena, Vitamin C is needed for the formation of collagens which are
constituents of the artery wall BUT I would not take 15 g a day
neither 15 g of salt. L. Pauling calculated that humans need about 4 g
of C per day to equate those amounts produced by other mammals.

I've just read that Vitamin C strengthens the arterial walls. Being a
Lymie, I take 15g of C (with 15 g of sea-slat as well) per day.

This is what I have read also. The writer said to strengthen the
arterial walls before starting increased dosages of lecithin.
Unfortunately I don’t remember what they said to use to strengthen the
arterial walls.

Can someone enlighten me if the lecithin is harmful for those with
arterial plaques? I am thinking of giving my hubby lipo C but someone
told me the lecithin makes cunks of plaque break away from walls of
the arteries and cause strokes. Now, i am afraid to give it to him.
Thanks.
Melly
