Hi Melly,

I was able to find this from another list about using lecithin.

"The tissues that make up the heart's arteries are under constant
motion and stress. These tissues rapidly wear out and are replaced
far faster than any other tissue in the body. Collagen is required
to make the blood vessels strong. Humans cannot make vitamin C and
thus, if we get too little of it in our diet, we get scurvy. Leaky
blood vessels, bleeding gums and heart disease/strokes are a
result of inadequate collagen production. By taking 2 grams or

more per day of vitamin C as well as equal amounts of L-Proline
and L-Lysine, the body will have enough collagen to build strong
blood vessels and the plaques will no longer be required to patch
over the lesions previously formed by lipoprotein 'a'.

After six months of building up the heart tissue and is

associated vascular system, plaques can be removed via high
dosages of Lethicin. Within 2 weeks on lethicin, the arteries will
be free and clear of all accumulated plaques. If you fail to build
up your tissues first with vitamin C, Proline and Lysine, removing
the plaques with Lethicin will very likely induce a hemorrhage and
you will pass away rather quickly."

The author is usually pretty astute but I cannot vouch for what is written.
Do your research.
