If so, yes, I've used CS almost from the beginning, bought my Silver
Puppy about 4 years ago. But with Rifing and S&C as my primary killing
protocols, I've used CS more as back-up and for full moon/seasonal
flares, as I'm still leery of the possibility of encysting. I want the
critters out where my other protocols can get 'em.
I generally use it for topical delivery, to rinse my mouth, hair, for
wounds, whatever cold/bugs are going around. When I'm going to be with
small children, I take some, and find that it sometimes wards off
contagion. I also use it on produce, and after throughly cleaning out
jars, I swish some around for an added cleaning.
