I bought some blue ones for inflamation .. there's a great range of
colours - I think they were from eBay.

I found them in a drugstore but I also have seen them online. The premise
is to start using the rose gradient glasses in August and use them through
to February when it was recommended to use grey green glasses, if you also
got kind of manicky in the summertime. Don't know if I still have the
paper
I read it in but that was this persons take on the issue.
