I do, and my lyme doc does not have any complaints about it. On one occasion he prescribed me an herbal antibiotic and it didn't have any effect until I added CS with it. Then I broke out in bumps all over my body. Not sure what it was, but I am glad it died.
There is also a silver compound product called ACS 200 which is going around in the lyme community and docs are using it with antibiotics. An in vitro study (not in vivo) showed a certain silver product added on to the effectiveness of antibiotics most of the time. ~David
