According to Wikipedia they are the same but they are known to be inaccurate
at times.

I got excited at the mention of niacinamide, as years ago, it had  
stopped migraines for me, but when I went to the link it's all about  
NICOTINAMIDE. Am I missing something? These aren't the same thing,  
are they?

It was last updated in March this year, so perhaps the study is still
on-going.
