So the hospital it turns out has plenty of distilled water, so that is not an issue. The generator is not that pretty, but it could get the job done:

The patients feeding tube is moving again. I suggested 1 fluid ounce every 30 to 60 minutes, adjusting for any possible changes due to herx reactions. Yesterday, the feeding tube stopped moving for 4 or 5 hours. If it stops moving again and they cannot give the CS to him that way, I suggested a fluid ounce every hour rectally. Any comments?
