It was a very good tip Jill! Yes activated charcoal is sold in the stores and I have used it for years. Its as important as CS in my medicine chest! Just note burnt toast won't give the same effects. Buy a bottle of capsules to have on hand. You never know when you might need it and then won't be the time to head to the store!
