I've used EIS with saline powder for nasal wash using netti pot and the electric sinus spray (similar to the dental pik). It helps for a few days but have to repeat treatment. I only treat when i have bad rhinitis or sinusitis. I also use EIS with a teeny weeny amount of 200,000 HU of cayenne pepper oil (using toothpick end) and 2 tiny drops of oregano oil as nasal spray. This is instant unclogging of nasal membranes. Melly
