Ray Peat's ideas about diabetes are totally opposite to what

you will read in conventional medicine or from the ADA, etc.

But worth exploring, as his diet is really easy and also cheap to implement.

Take a look in particular at the article on fish oils, and the articles

on diabetes, and there is one that speciifically mentions cataracts.
