They/he are/is wrong on two (2) counts, 1. What is made in the home is not CS
as is understood by mainstream and 2. It's not a 'cure-all'.
Whatever is published by 'some?' authority or titled academic is unrelated to
what is produced and how it's produced in the kitchen.
Our TGA has NOTHING on record regarding home produced stuff using LVDC and DW,
and neither does the FDA in Yankie land. Both waffle on a terrible lot about
other stuff, but our TGA failed to answer *any* of my questions....And that's
cos they haven't got any answers!
