  A very excellent, small booklet that is informative and free can be 
downloaded if you do a google for "Iodine remedies:  Secrets  From the Sea".  
If you put it on your desktop all you have to do is click the icon and there it 
is.  Wait till you see the table of contents!!!!  pj   ps  The book by David 
Brownstein--Iodine:  Why You Need It, Why You Can't Live Without It      is of 
course more informative, but the little booklet is great.
