I should try SBO's by Kiki or similar, that 3600 ppm stuff should not be used internally I think, as it may give you argyria and kill off your good bacteria inside your gut, (containing 80% of your immune system), though it would be excellent for surface wounds. PPM needs to be less than 14ppm and a clear liquid to barely perceptible golden indicating good dispersion and fine particle size, only small particles can pass through cell walls to kill bacteria etc.
