Hi Jane, His son wrote and said that he died while sitting at his computer (I believe his one hand on/near his mouse). Apparently a heart attack.  This was shortly after having a stent placed, as I recall. Craig Jane MacRoss wrote: Did we ever get any details about how or why he died?
