Hi, You probably all know this, but I just found out yesterday and am naively outraged. I couldn't figure out why the ADA was so vehemently in support of amalgam fillings when it is such a risky stance to take as evidence comes out against them. I found out why. They evidently make $1.50 for every amalgam filling put in someone's mouth because they hold the patent. Yay for the big bucks! Katarina
