Warfarin is to thin the blood, right? There are other things that do this as well, but less so, such as aspirin. But is the thinning to get the blood around the clots? If so, wouldn't it be better to dissolve the clots instead? You might check on serrapeptase, I thought it was good at dissolving clots.
