I am curious if anyone has an opinion or knows of any studies of what effectiveness ionic CS (homemade type) would have if it is first mixed into food before consumption. My impression is that ionic CS is absorbed more by the mucous membranes then anywhere else in the GI tract. So if it combines in the stomach it was still effective when it was drunk. I think mixing it with food might cause it to precipitate out as salts. But I have nothing to back this up and may very well be misinformed. Any thoughts?
