Hi again, thanks for your comments, I tried taking the CS just one teaspoon and had the bad cramps again.. so stopped taking it completely and all my symptoms have more or less stopped.. maybe with an already stressed immune system I was sensitive to a new substance or maybe it was just a die off... thats the problem with experimenting on oneself without any medical back up which many people in my situation have to do... thanks again Dave
