 The MRSA solution by B. Bradley is  75% colloidal silver, 10% DMSO, and 15%  
vegetable glycerine.  It will probably work in time. Can't say how long.   Or 
check out Vetericyn from an animal feed store or the net.  Good stuff.   pj
