I think you can get a balanced view of what's going on with the FDA by visiting Bruce Marx's site and reading the following article: http://www.csprosystems.com/FDAStory.html With only a couple of *minor* quibbles, I agree with the overview he presents and I appreciate his perspective. And you now know of at least *one* CS preparation that will continue to be available, at least if *he* has anything to say about it!! <grin> I *still* haven't looked at the whole FDA rule, but I bet if you look at the definitions part of it, you'll get some clues how Bruce is going to proceed.
