Been making my own and taking an ounce a day for the past 5 years and have had nothing but positive results! I seem to stay much healthier than those around me that don't take it!

Yes, it is truly good that we all have our generators, they might ban it. I shall start taking cs everyday now. I've been thinking about this as someone has said taking CS everyday might affect lungs...don't know if it is true, but it made me hesitant to take it daily. With all the rubbish we come across with everyday, i think it a good idea to really take it daily. Melly
