Now don't laugh, but my daughter gives her dog 'Green Lipped Mussle' in capsule form for arthritis. Don't know if humans can take it? If you find out, I may have some of that too <g>.

Seems like I hurt all over my whole body. I'm 73 years old, walking seems to help, I take glucosamine chondroitin msm, and have for years. But I'm ready to try something else, any suggestions?
