I had a root canaled tooth and the filling on it broke and became painful. When I finally got to the dentist (I waited too long) he put in a temporary cap. Even with anaesthesia that tooth was extremely sensitive. He thought it might be the neighboring wisdom tooth, but I didn't think so. In any event, the next day it was still really painful and I thought I was going to have to call him and cancel the cap and have it pulled. But in a moment of lucidity, I decided to try my godzilla. I applied the sponges to each cheek for only 20 min. Pain was eliminated and has remained so. Godzila rocks!!!!! Pat
