Copper manganese, is a wonderfully healing nutrient, especially if it
comes from foods, as in raspberrys, blackberrys etc.
The silver  ions have an antibacterial effect, not a nutrient.
Ideally I would, and will, try using a copper wire coated or plated
with pure silver.
Try the Micheals stores for craft wire.  They are using it in jewelery
these days.
A little thick but still useful if you aren't inserting into skin.
